Helping people navigate anxiety, life transitions, and relationships.
Life can feel overwhelming at times. I offer a supportive space to slow down, gain perspective, and move forward with greater confidence and clarity. I specialize in supporting people who feel like their past is making it hard to show up fully in their daily life. Whether you are navigating changes or daily exhaustion, I am here to help you feel like yourself again.

Frequently Asked Questions
Clear answers before you reach out.
What concerns do you help with?
I work with teens ages 13 and older and adults experiencing anxiety, stress and burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, family dynamics, self-esteem concerns, emotional regulation, and personal growth. If you are unsure whether your concerns are a good fit, feel free to reach out. I would be happy to help determine whether my practice is the right place to start.
Do you provide therapy to children?
I provide individual therapy to teens ages 13 and older and adults. I do not currently provide individual therapy to children age 12 or younger. If you are a parent seeking support with your child's emotions, behavior, communication, school stress, or family dynamics, a Parent Support Consultation may be a helpful next step. These sessions are held with one or both parents and do not include the child.
What can I expect during therapy?
Therapy is a conversation. There is nothing you need to bring except yourself. During our first session, we will discuss what brings you to therapy, your current challenges, and what you hope to achieve. Together, we will develop goals and create a plan that feels right for you. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your individual needs.
How often will we meet, and how long will I be in therapy?
Many clients begin with weekly sessions to build momentum and establish goals. As progress is made, some transition to biweekly or less frequent sessions. The length of therapy varies for each person and depends on your goals and needs.
